Placing an Order

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or guardian.
The information you provide is accurate, complete and up to date.
You are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your order.

Order Acceptance

Your order is accepted once payment has been successfully processed and your order has been submitted for fulfilment.

As many of our products are printed specifically for each customer, orders cannot normally be amended or cancelled once production has begun.

If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, we will contact you promptly and provide a full refund where appropriate.

Print-on-Demand Fulfilment

To reduce waste and promote sustainable production, many products sold through Miss Shelby's World are printed specifically for each order by our trusted print and fulfilment partners.

This means:

Products are printed after your order is placed.
Orders may be produced and dispatched by one of our fulfilment partners.
Delivery times may vary depending on the product and destination.
Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate parcels.

Prices

All prices displayed on our website are shown in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice. However, once your order has been accepted, the price you paid will not change.

Where applicable, taxes will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers.

Miss Shelby's World does not store or have access to your full payment card details.

Please note:

Printed products may show minor variations due to different printing processes.

These minor differences do not constitute faults.

If a product becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to offer either:

A full refund; or
A suitable alternative, should one be available and you choose to accept it.

Shipping

Miss Shelby's World is delighted to deliver to customers throughout the United Kingdom and to many international destinations, including Europe, North America and Australasia.

Shipping costs and available delivery options are calculated during checkout based on the delivery destination, the products ordered and the selected shipping method.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities or delivery provider.

These charges are outside the control of Miss Shelby's World and are not included within the purchase price unless expressly stated.

Cancellations

Because many of our products are printed specifically for each customer, orders cannot normally be cancelled once production has begun.

If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing it. We will always do our best to help where possible.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Consumer Rights

Nothing within these Terms of Sale affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.

Customers in other countries may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in their country of residence. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Digital Products

Where digital products are offered:

They are supplied for personal use only.
They may not be copied, redistributed or resold.
Copyright remains the property of Miss Shelby's World.

Where permitted by law, digital products become non-refundable once the download process has begun.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miss Shelby's World shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the purchase or use of our products.

Nothing within these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
