Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, purchases are generally non-refundable once the download has begun or access has been provided.

File Corruption or Missing Files

If a file is found to be corrupted, incomplete or missing, please contact us.

Where appropriate, we will provide a replacement download at no additional cost.
