At Miss Shelby's World, we hope you love everything you receive. Every product is created with care, and we want you to shop with confidence.

This policy explains when you may return an item, how refunds are handled, and your rights as a customer.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue so we can assist you quickly.

Print-on-Demand Products

Many of our products are printed especially for each customer once an order has been placed.

Because these products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds simply because:

You changed your mind.
You ordered the wrong product.
You no longer want the item.
You entered an incorrect delivery address after production has begun.

This does not affect your legal rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or where cancellation rights apply under applicable law.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

damaged,
faulty,
defective, or
you receive the wrong item,

please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Where possible, please provide:

Your order number.
A description of the problem.
Clear photographs showing the issue.

Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include:

A replacement.
A repair (where appropriate).
A full or partial refund.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately.

Because many products enter production shortly after an order is placed, cancellations cannot usually be accepted once production has begun.

If production has not yet started, we will do our best to cancel your order and issue a full refund.

Returns

Where a return is authorised, we will provide instructions explaining how to return the item.

Please do not return products without contacting us first.

Unauthorised returns may delay the resolution of your request.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed using the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us.

We will investigate with our fulfilment and delivery partners before determining the most appropriate resolution.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT or handling charges applied by their country's customs authorities.

These charges are not refundable by Miss Shelby's World.

If an order is refused by the customer because customs charges are payable, any refund may be reduced by return shipping costs, customs charges or other costs incurred, where permitted by law.

Digital Products

Digital products, including downloadable books, colouring pages, activity sheets and printable resources, are supplied electronically.

Unless required by law, digital products are non-refundable once the download has begun or access has been provided.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchase, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the problem.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights.

If you are purchasing from outside the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in your country of residence.
